Celebrating #TheHappyLife

This week, we partnered up with one of our favorite companies, Project Happy Hearts, to start a conversation around what it means to live #thehappylife.

For those of you who don’t already know about the amazing story behind Project Happy Hearts, the company was created by the amazing soul, Heidi Burns, to spread happiness and create awareness about congenital heart disorders.

Project Happy Hearts is all about celebrating #WhatMakesYourHeartHappy – and now that QFYC is officially a legal business, we are doing some serious happy dances! We’re teaming up first and foremost to start a conversation around what it means to live #thehappylife. And to make things even better, we’re co-sponsoring a kick butt Giveaway to thank everyone who has supported us along this crazy journey and to empower people to start living #thehappylife in their own ways.

The Happy Life Giveaway

So what does it mean to live #thehappylife?

To us, it’s simple.

It’s waking up each and every morning knowing that you’re working towards become your best self.

It’s making small, every day decisions to work towards your dreams.

It’s surrounding yourself with kick butt people who inspire and empower you to be a better person than you were yesterday and who bring out nothing but the best in you.

It’s spending time in nature, unplugged and at peace.

It’s taking care of your body – physically, spiritually, and emotionally.

It’s feeling in sync and ready to take on the world.

It’s having a cause or a mission that aligns with your core values and challenges you to step outside your limits.

It’s pushing yourself to step outside your comfort zone and realize that everyone you ever wanted is on the other side of fear.

It’s celebrating the small wins and everyday miracles.

It’s spending time each day in silence with yourself and God.

It’s choosing love and acceptance over judgment and jealousy.

It’s appreciating the simple things in life, and realizing that they are often the most important.

It’s waking up at the end of your years absolutely exhausted and enthralled with the world, because you’ve squeezed out every bit of life you could.
